Complexities
Item 1 - Constrained site used to design a unique structure, with a 40 metre long concrete bridge to reach the 650 m2 of post tensioned concrete suspended slab (very unusual for a residential building).
Item 2 - House will be 1.6 metres to 2.2 metres off the natural ground, with a pool off the ground.
Item 3 - Concept was to create a house with different zone or different island (kids, en-suite, leisure, garage, main, etc.).
Item 4 - A tennis court will be built at the rear of the house.
